February 16 – 22 is Australia’s Healthy Weight Week an “initiative of the Dietician Association of Australia, raising awareness of the importance of achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle’. I wrote earlier today on Friendship and why Friends are an important part of life. We all have friends, some of us still have lifelong friends from childhood or early teens.
