I recently wrote a post about Cancer Survivors Day which is on June 5 and will be also promoting Global Wellness Day on June 11. As part of my #couchpotatotofabfit Facebook Group I decided instead of a monthly challenge and because we are mid-year, it was an opportune time to devote 30 days to Rejuvenating ourselves through healthier eating, regular exercise and finding balance in our lives.
My philosophy to health has always been holistic, that is, physical, mental attitude and spirituality all form part of our well-being and overall health.
