June is here and it is winter in Australia, although living in Queensland we have clear blue skies and sunny days.
I started the challenge of writing a sentence a day back in April and also continued in May. If you missed my posts for April and May you can read them here A sentence a day
On the first week of each month, we link our posts up and can read what everyone has been up to.
June was my Health & Wellness month for me, taking stock of how I’m feeling mentally, physically and spiritually. It was lovely to read back through the month to see what I had been up to.
Writing a sentence a month is short and sweet but can be a pertinent reminder of all the good things and perhaps not so good things that happen in life.
