A to Z Guide to Thriving in Life
It is April next month and that means the AtoZ Challenge for many bloggers. I have completed the challenge back in 2016 with my A to Z Guide to a Healthier, Happier You! which I would love you to visit here.
I never thought I would do another one but although I must be crazy, I’m giving it another go!
Today is the theme reveal for AtoZ Challenge 2018 and my theme for this year’s Challenge is Thriving in Life.
During the challenge I will be looking at ways we can THRIVE in all areas of our life – in mind, body and soul. Each day, except most Sundays I will be writing and publishing my thoughts on how to Thrive in Life starting at A and finishing at Z.
I will be giving you daily tips and motivation on how to improve your lifestyle and feel like you are thriving and not just surviving in life. By the time we reach ‘Z’, my goal will be to have had an impact on your life and that you are feeling happier, more vital and living a more active and purposeful life.
Life can become mundane and a treadmill can’t it?
Are you trying to keep all the balls in the air as you juggle your time with career, family and relationships?
Perhaps you are an empty nester? Or you are retired or planning for retirement and just aren’t sure what to do with the rest of your life.
It is so easy to say that we need to make changes in life and there are many articles written about self-improvement and finding happiness. I have written about these subjects many times, BUT Change isn’t as easy as it sounds. Life gets in the way, we are tired and don’t feel motivated, sometimes we just want to jump out of the world around us for a few moments and just regroup.
During the AtoZ Challenge I will be writing about various ways you can learn to Thrive in your life – even if you don’t think you have the time or inclination.
I’ll be covering topics from Audit to Zest , from Facing Fears to Self Care techniques, from finding Harmony in your life to Developing your dreams to become a reality.
