I’m all about living for today and finding a BALANCE in my life so I can enjoy life to the max!
PLANNING IS THE KEY!
1. Plan your exercise
We are all busy and the first thing that usually goes by the wayside is our regular workout. Make an appointment with yourself (or with a workout buddy even better) and schedule the appointment in your calendar.
2. Plan your weekly menus and prep one day per week
Prepare your meals and snacks ahead of time so that you can just grab and go. You will save time, feel better because you are eating healthy food and also your finances will look so much healthier.
3. Plan time for FUN
Make time in your diary to socialise with friends, do something you enjoy and something that will make you laugh.Laughter is good for the soul.Click To Tweet
4. Plan to regular health checks
Part of a healthy lifestyle is making sure you take care of yourself and that means regular health checks (especially when you reach 50), knowing your family medical history and regular trips to the dentist.
5. Plan to Have a Rest Day
One of the most important tips is to incorporate a rest day (or longer) to relax, refresh and recover. This means turning off from technology, taking time to nurture yourself, having a lie in and general taking it easy.
