Thanks Marilyn! I’m glad you like the style it is slowly evolving. I use wordpress and a plugin from Site origin for the categories which you can allocate posts to.
Yes, I totally agree that diet and exercise is important but it’s a holistic approach that truly makes the difference in a better life after 50!
