I fired the typist because I know your name is Sue, but was on the phone with Kathleen! Apologies and hope you are laughing with me today!

It happens to the best of us! Sometimes I’m commenting on one of the link ups I co-host and put the wrong link up down 🙁 Have a great Monday!

I love your new stule Sue, and the way you took out the sidebar on some pages. Great job. The blog is getting cleaner, faster, and more enviting every time I visit. You will have to tell me how you made the archive pages singling out one category!

Thanks Marilyn! I’m glad you like the style it is slowly evolving. I use wordpress and a plugin from Site origin for the categories which you can allocate posts to.

Yes, I totally agree that diet and exercise is important but it’s a holistic approach that truly makes the difference in a better life after 50!

Hi Rosemond thanks for stopping by to comment. I think the only way is to take a holistic and balanced approach to life especially after 50! Have a great day!
