This month I focusing on The Positive Aging Series and I will also be holidaying in Spain and Italy with my darling husband. I’ve written before about Positive Aging and how it can be such a rewarding time of life – IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ATTITUDE!
You may have noticed over the last few months I’ve introduced some guest writers to give their thoughts on the current month’s theme. I hope you have enjoyed meeting other women who are making the most of their life and sharing their experiences.
In October, I will be introducing ‘The Positive Aging Interviews’ and I have been fortunate to interview strong, fabulous women in their 50s, 60s & 70s. I will be posting the interviews each Tuesday and Thursday during October.
These interviews are all about Positive Aging and I can’t wait for you to read what these women have to say and also share some secrets to aging well with us. There will also be some fashion tips from Jodie’s Touch of Style and I review some affordable fashion jewellery.
Also, in October, I will be taking a holiday to Europe with my darling husband. We leave on the 1st and will be back in Australia on 6th November and so as you read this post I will be arriving in London.
After London we head to Portugal, Spain, A Mediterranean Cruise then on to Italy where we will also catch up with some of my husband’s family who live there. He was born in Italy and so we visit every few years. I wrote about our Spanish Adventure in September so you can revisit and see where we are headed, in my post ‘Countdown to our Spanish Adventure’. In that post I also featured some of my blogging friends who have visited Spain and others who have provided some travel tips.
My posting schedule will only be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, rather than Monday to Friday. That way, I can spend some quality time with my darling as we discover Spain, a country we have always wanted to visit.
Keeping active and involved in life is a huge part of ensuring that we age in positive and healthy manner so we can enjoy this wonderful phase of life. Having a purpose is also vital so you might like to read my post Why having a purpose is the key to positive aging
I do hope you enjoy The Positive Aging Interviews and feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments as these lovely ladies will reply in my absence.
